Rob is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis in Managerial Finance and Investment Analysis. After graduating from Ole Miss, he worked for two years at Trustmark National Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst. From there, Rob attended the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University where he received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance and Management, graduating as a Beta Gamma Sigma member.
In addition to his work in real estate development, Rob has previously occupied a seat on the Board of Directors for his family businesses, which included Tatum Development Company (The Merchants Company) and Mississippi Tank Company prior to an exit in late 2021/early 2022. Rob also sits on Trustmark National Bank’s Advisory Board in Hattiesburg. Rob has served as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church, served as the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Area Development Partnership (ADP), has previously sat on the board of the Historic Hattiesburg Downtown Association, and was a founding member of the Midtown Merchants Association.
Rob is a 2011 graduate of the Mississippi Economic Council’s Leadership. He is also a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). In October of 2018, Rob was inducted into the first ever class of the Hattiesburg High School Hall of Fame. In the same year, he was awarded the 2018 Hub Award and named “Person of the Year” by HubCitySPOKES. Rob and his wife Shay have been married for eighteen years. They have three daughters, Addison, Rhodes, and Ann Frances and one son, Luke. Rob and his family reside in Ridgeland, MS.

Prior to forming VH Companies, Cliff spent 20 years at The Park Companies, a real estate development firm based in Mississippi with a focus on developing affordable housing across the Southeast. During his time at Park, Cliff oversaw the development and construction of over 100 residential communities, comprising more than 9,500 units and spent 13 years as the co-managing member of the company. He was instrumental in raising over $1 billion in sources of combined investor equity and permanent debt to finance the company’s portfolio. He is also a founding member of SECDE Ventures, a new markets tax credit awardee that raised equity for at risk businesses throughout the southeast.
In addition to his real estate pursuits, Cliff is Chairman of the Board of The Landshark Companies, a diversified logistics provider with a carrier emphasis on refrigerated transport throughout the continental United States. He also gives his time to his alma mater (University of Mississippi, B.A ’97) by serving on the advisory board for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Cliff sits on the board of Mississippi Housing and Community Services, a non-profit that provides counseling and services to people residing in low-income communities.
Cliff and his wife Amy have been married for 21 years. They are members of CityHeart Church in Jackson. They have three sons, Ellis, Owen and Levi.

Tim Dunne is the Chief Executive Officer of Claiborne Senior Living, LLC., where he provides leadership, strategic guidance, and management direction for all aspects of operations. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of affiliated company, VH Development.
Tim was inspired to serve seniors while working nights during college. Through a family connection, Tim was introduced to caring for seniors in a group home and he has been serving seniors ever since. His professional career post college started as a glorified floor tech in a nursing home. He soon worked through every functional department of senior living and rose through the executive ranks of several large national providers demonstrating a commitment to caring and an unquenchable work ethic. Prior organizations served include Northpoint Development, Stonecrest Senior Living, EmpRes Management, Holiday Retirement, Assisted Living Concepts, Healthcare Services Group and ResCare.
Tim believes that our team is our most important asset and with the right focus, competency and attitude, success is achievable anywhere. Through a collaborative approach, this team has enabled more efficient developments, successful lease-ups, and transitioned distressed acquisitions to cash flowing entities.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Tim and his wife Jenny have been married for several years and have four children.

Brooke was born into senior living as her family owned and operated a community founded by her grandfather located in the Chicago suburbs. After graduating from Wheaton College (Illinois) where she obtained a degree in Photography, Graphic Design and Creative Writing, she joined her father and brother in the family business as the community’s Marketing Director. She continued to grow into an executive leadership role as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Through Medicare certification, JCAHO accreditation, and a multi-million-dollar therapy gym addition, she transformed the family business from a traditional “nursing home” to the top-performing and revenue-generating post-acute rehab center in the state of Illinois. Though her family sold the business in 2015, Brooke continues to be faithfully committed to dynamic growth and surpassing service standards in the senior living industry.
In addition to her skilled nursing experience, she has served as the National Director of Admissions and Customer Experience for Covenant Living, one of the nation’s largest non-profit providers, as well as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for both Radiant Senior Living and Oakmont Senior Living. Brooke is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Belong Magazine, a publication for female creatives and entrepreneurs.
Brooke has been married to her college sweetheart Caleb for 23 years and they attend Life Bible Fellowship Church. They have three children, Sophia, Auden, and Hadley.

Daniel is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. After graduating from Southern Miss, he worked for three years at Enterprise Rent A Car. From there, Daniel was employed at The Hattiesburg Clinic where he was the Director of Credentialing. He began working for Rob in January 2007.
Daniel’s main focus is construction where works with contractors to ensure that projects stay on track and on budget. He also handles several aspects of the due diligence process including hiring engineers and working with contractors on final bids. Since he began work, Daniel has overseen the construction of over 1500 units.
Daniel and his wife Lucy have two children Dews and Hallie, and live in Hattiesburg, MS.
Molly Crawford

Molly Crawford is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where she received her Master of Science Degree in Public Relations. Molly has over a decade of experience in property management, including multi-family housing, student housing, and senior housing. Molly started in the industry right out of college and has served in various roles on the property and corporate levels, including sales, marketing, accounting, public relations, and operations. Before joining The Claiborne, Molly worked as Director of Property Management (DPM) for a private real estate investment company that managed more than 40,000 student and multi-family housing beds across the United States. As DPM, Molly was responsible for leading the company’s day to day objectives and working with all community teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Molly’s strength has been working specifically with distressed properties to turn around occupancy, reputation, and increasing NOI. In 2013, her community was voted Best Turnaround Property by the Student Housing Business Innovator Awards, where she leased a 600-bed community in Mississippi from 16% to 95% within 3 months of joining the company. Molly’s experience and success has also included complete rebranding and renovations of over 3000 beds within large university markets.
Before recently moving to Asset Manager, Molly served for over two years as a Regional Director of Operations for The Claiborne, providing leadership to the onsite communities to live out the company’s mission and values, as well as coordinate day to day operations of her assigned portfolio. As Asset Manager, Molly is responsible for managing the portfolio assets with a focus of increasing value, minimizing risks, and maximizing growth.
