The Claiborne at West Lake is a 100 unit assisted living and memory care community located just outside Augusta, Georgia (Columbia County). This project was financed by ServisFirst Bank out of Birmingham, AL. Contractor is RW Allen headquartered in Augusta, GA. Architect for project is D2 Architecture based out of Dallas, TX. This project began construction in June of 2017 and opened in November of 2018.
